Delta Pi Upsilon (DPY) is an honorary music fraternity which seeks to foster bonds between its members through music and to promote the individual musicianship of active brothers and the community.

Sigma Phi Omega is the National Academic Honor and Professional Society in Gerontology recognizing excellence in gerontology and aging.

The National Society of Collegiate scholars is a nationwide honors organization that chooses the top 20% of students.

NRHH provides recognition for students and staff living and/or working in the residence halls at Kent State University who have exhibited outstanding leadership, service, or other noteworthy contributions to the residential community.

Kappa Kappa Psi is an honorary band fraternity which strives to help the bands at Kent State through leadership, musicianship, brotherhood and service.

Tau Beta Sigma National Honorary Band Sorority provides service to collegiate bands, encourages the advancement of women in the band profession, and promotes and enriches an appreciation of band music through recognition, and leadership development.
