Biography
Deanna Stevens Ulrich joined Kent State University in January 2019 after working as a digital content editor at the Akron Beacon Journal/Ohio.com, where she aided the development and implementation of the digital strategy for the newspaper. Along with the daily maintenance of the website, she managed social media accounts for Ohio.com and developed best practices for the newsroom's staff.
She is an alumna of Northwestern University, where she earned a master’s degree in sports administration, and Kent State, where she earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication.
