Kent Men's Lacrosse Club

The Kent State Men's Club Lacrosse team has found success both in the past and in recent years. The team finished in the National Tournament Elite 8 after winning the Conference Championship against Akron during Spring 2023. What was once just an outlet for local lacrosse players to enjoy playing as a group has evolved into a competitive team that has high hopes for the future. With players coming from top tier high-schools from around Ohio and Pennsylvania there is no lack of talent also with high lax IQ on the roster.

We accept anybody who is willing to become a part of the club. There are no tryouts for the team so all are welcome, from experienced players to first year members. Dues are relatively inexpensive as they go only to maintaining the growth and longevity of the team. This money goes toward things such as field times, team equipment, physical trainer aid, ref fees, league fees, travel expenses, outsourcing for team related content, community events, etc. PT (Playing Time) during regular season games is not guaranteed as we must always look out for the best interest of the team and the safety of our players. However, the management team and field captains always make an effort to get everybody in for some competitive reps.
