Renewal is done through the Ohio Department of Education (ODE). Refer to www.ode.state.oh.us and 1-877-644-6338 for info. The Vacca Office of Student Services does not handle renewal applications.

Look up your faculty advisor by going to your GPS Audit in Flashline - your advisor is assigned based on your program area (major).
A full hour initial appointment is required. Thereafter, a 30 minute appointment once per semester is required for Freshmen and Sophomores and once per year for Juniors and Seniors.
