CHRISTMAS ANGEL AWARDS STUDENT WITH SURPRISE SPRING '22 SCHOLARSHIP

Crystal Dell was the recipient of $1,000 for her spring semester studies in nursing

An early holiday gift came to student Crystal Dell in the form of a $1,000 scholarship toward her Spring Semester studies from an anonymous “Christmas Angel.” Crystal, who is pursuing her degree in nursing, was surprised with the award  by Senior Program Director for Nursing and Allied Health Julie Senita, Ph.D., and Dean Susan J. Stocker, Ph.D. right after her final exam for the fall semester. This is the sixth year in a row the Christmas Angel has rewarded a deserving student. Congratulations Crystal!

Donors like the “Christmas Angel” make a decision that has an impact for generations. The gift of an education changes lives for thousands of students, like Crystal. It changes families; it changes communities. Give to any number of scholarship opportunities at Kent State Ashtabula and help students make better tomorrows for years to come.
