Student Leadership Summit

Formerly the Culture of Care Institute

Every August, Kent State’s student leaders gather to connect and shape the future of our campus community. Hosted by the Pepsi Leadership Center, the Student Leadership Summit brings together prominent student leaders from across campus to connect, collaborate, and drive meaningful community development.

Rooted in the mission of the Division of Student Life, this summit was born out of a commitment to enhance our campus climate and ensure every student feels a deep sense of belonging. Our overarching goal remains unchanged: to empower you to make Kent State an exceptional place to learn, work, and live by leading with respect and compassion.

Participants in the past have included Student Leadership Coordinators, Undergraduate Student Government, Peer Success Mentor, fraternity and sorority members, campus tour guides, Flash Activities Board, student employees, and other student groups. All are welcome!
