Join the Growing Democracy Project and our panelists for a pre-show discussion about some of the central themes found in “Corktown”, or Through the Valley of Dry Bones”. Together, we will critically examine gentrification—root causes and possible solutions—and explore how the arts can help us unpack the intersections of race and democracy. Panel will be facilitated by Ashley Nickels, Associate Professor, School of Peace and Conflict Studies.
