Join us for a free mental health training. The Kent State University Center for Public Policy and Health is hosting a live virtual A.I.D. (Awareness-Interaction-Direction) training, where you will learn essential skills to recognize signs of mental distress in others, have a compassionate conversation with someone in distress, and provide direction to resources. This training is suitable for anyone interested in building their understanding and awareness of mental health.
