On Friday, April 14th, Kent State University’s School of Fashion welcomed 8th-grade students from Streetsboro Middle School to explore and design in the KnitLab. Students got the chance to gain a better understanding of fashion, design and knitwear by participating in a variety of educational activities. In the TechStyleLAB, students were introduced to CLO3D, a software that helps designers accurately visualize the fabric, fit and silhouette of their designs in real-time.
