For hundreds of area residents who attended the 2019 Columbiana County Fair, Kent State Columbiana County had its own way of welcoming them to the annual event. A newly landscaped area and signage helped showcase the work of employees from the Kent State Salem Campus who created the space at the Saltwell Road entrance, near by the bridge.
