Upload/Attachments Button

A button that will allow the user to upload a document. Allowed document types are, image files (.gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png), plain text files (.txt), Microsoft Office files (.doc, .xls, .ppt, .xml, .docx, .xlsx, .rtf, .odt) and Adobe Portable Document Format files (.pdf).
