Cleveland native and celebrity Chef Kenny Gilbert was invited to campus by University Culinary Services to prepare and serve a few of his signature southern-style dishes on April 25 at Eastway Center. 

Move-in days create excitement and emotion in everyone on campus, ahead of the start of fall classes next week. 

Kent State University students began moving into residence halls on the Kent Campus on Aug. 19, as part of a phased-in process that will continue over five days.
 

More than 1,000 volunteers from the Kent State University community welcomed and assisted new students as they moved into their residence halls on freshman move-in day, Sunday, Aug. 18.
