Reservation requests received after 5pm local time on the cut-off date, Monday, October 16th will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate, based on hotels limited availability. Should the group fill its contracted room block prior to the cut off date additional rooms are subject to hotels rate (not the group rate) and very limited availability.
