The Cleveland Foot & Ankle Clinic (CFAC) has been diagnosing and treating the foot and ankle problems of Northeast Ohio patients since 1916. For 96 years, CFAC has been leading the area in podiatric innovation and patient care. Patients are treated by specialists in heel pain, diabetes, sports medicine, arthritis-related foot ailments, children's foot disorders, and many other specialties.
CFAC serves as the clinical teaching and outpatient treatment facility for the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM). Students primarily in their third and fourth years, work along side faculty members in the treatment of actual CFAC patients. In this clinical setting, students learn first hand how to treat, care, interact, and access patients on a daily basis.
