Zach Forney

Zachary Forney is an emerging architect from Akron who has continued to prove his dedication to the future of architectural design through involvement with the American Institute of Architects, the American Institute of Architecture Students, and various community organizations. Zachary has experience working on healthcare facilities, senior housing, hospitality, and veterinary clinics, and he also spent a year working with an urban design non-profit that helped bring communities back to people-focused streetscapes. Always maintaining his relationship with the college of architecture and environmental design by jurying design reviews, he began teaching the Design Foundation Studio course in Spring 2019.
