Golden Flash Asset Management Group

The Golden Flash Asset Management Group (GFAM) was established in 2017 and provides students the opportunity to manage more than $1.3 million in Kent State University assets. The group began trading in 2018 and entered its first competition in 2019 at the prestigious Global Asset Management Education (GAME) competition for student-managed investment funds in New York City. 

The Golden Flash Asset Management Group has won several awards at the prestigious Global Asset Management Education (GAME) Forum in New York City:

2024:           

  • 3rd Place in the Fixed Income Category
  • 3rd Place in the Equity Value Category

2023:            

2022:               

  • 2nd Place in the Undergraduate Growth Category
  • 3rd Place in the Undergraduate Fixed Income Category
  • 3rd Place in the Small Fund Category
