Message from the Dean
Happy Holidays from the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship
As we enter another holiday season, we reflect on the accomplishments we have seen as a college over the past year. I invite you to read the Crawford Connection to view highlights from the 2024-2025 academic year, the college’s first year in Crawford Hall.
The college has celebrated many milestones since Crawford Hall opened in Fall 2024. The college has hosted numerous events, including the 49th Meonske Professional Development Conference, multiple lecture series, pitch competitions, alumni gatherings, a fountain dedication and career fairs. In addition, partners across campus have used the building for events such as the Kent State Fashion Show and Kent State athletic events.
Crawford Hall’s opening has brought about media coverage from numerous outlets, including this recent article published by Kent State Today.
None of these accomplishments would be possible without the generosity of our numerous building donors, such as the Kinickis. I invite you to read about their story in this issue of The Crawford Connection.
