Kent State University’s first major construction project to create a new signature gateway to the Kent Campus will begin in the summer of 2020. At its Dec. 4 meeting, the Kent State Board of Trustees approved the construction of the university’s first parking deck.
Kent State University’s long-standing relationship with the Tuscarawas County University Branch District to administer the Tuscarawas Campus of Kent State will continue through June 30, 2030, in a new 10-year agreement approved by the Kent State Board of Trustees.
The Kent State University Board of Trustees on Wednesday unanimously approved a new collective bargaining agreement with the Kent State Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP-KSU), which represents tenured and tenure-track faculty.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has appointed Ann Womer Benjamin, J.D., of Aurora, Ohio, to the Kent State University Board of Trustees. Her appointment began June 21, 2019, and ends May 16, 2028.
Ms. Hoff is a registered nurse, who is currently pursuing a doctorate in Nursing Practice.
