Residents of Kent are ready to ring in the holiday season with the return of the Kent Skates ice rink this November.

Flashes Fighting Hunger and Community Engaged Learning hosted a food drive for all members of the Kent State and local communities to donate non-perishable food and toiletry items to fill up the truck. 

The Coffee and Careers chat hosted jointly by Career Exploration and Development (CED) and Student Accessibility Services (SAS), is a new drop-in career advising opportunity for Kent State students with disabilities.

Cynthia Osborn, lifespan development and educational sciences professor, is building confidence through stress balls. Well, stress balls and innovative teaching techniques she has honed for nearly 26 years.

Kent State has been recognized for its efforts in support of student voters. The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge named Kent State to its list of ALL IN Most Engaged Campuses for College student voting, which recognizes institutions for making intentional efforts to increase student voter participation.

Insights and observations as one of Kent State's own attends a national breakfast at the White House for veterans. 

Inspired by the exploration of African diasporic melodies and narratives, OkCello led a special concert that included the Dover High School Orchestra at the Performing Arts Center. 

The Kent State community came together on Thursday to honor all veterans.
