Haithem Zourrig received his Ph.D. from HEC Montreal in 2010. Before joining Kent State University at Stark, he served as a tenure track faculty at University of Regina in Canada and IESEG-Paris in France.
His research interests include consumer behavior and cross-cultural studies. Most of his research investigates revenge and forgiveness behaviors, service failure, insurance fraud and shopping well-being.
His research has been productive and rewarding: He won ACR- Sheth Foundation Dissertation Award (2008), Emerald/EFMD Highly Commended Dissertation Award (2011) and Best Paper Awards discerned by the American Society of Business and Behavioral Sciences and the Association Collegiate Marketing educators. His research has appeared in Journal of Business Research and Journal of Service Management, Academy of Marketing Science Review and Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services.
