Hotel Information

Hotel reservations for Meonske Conference Attendees can be made at the Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center.

Conference Rate: $129.00 per night

Reservations

Reservations can be made two ways:

1. Call 330.346.0100 and let them know you’re with the Meonske Conference block, code: MEO23. 
2. Or go online at www.kentstatehotel.com:

• Go to menu top right corner
• Go to weddings / wedding blocks
• Do not use the blue box to make reservations
• Go to reserve now and enter information along with code MEO23

Rooms will be on hold until April 10, 2023, after that date it will be a first-come / first-served basis. Cost per night is $129.00. 

Hotel Parking

Hotel parking is available for $10.00 per car per night, in the Kent Central Gateway garage across from the hotel.

Conference Parking

Parking will be available in the Kent State Student Center lot off of Summit Street. See the map below for the location. As you enter this lot, please take a parking ticket.  You will receive a parking ticket token at check-in for the Summit Street lot.
