RETENTION RATE

Of the entering 2019 first time, full-time and freshmen declaring interior design, there is a 94.3% retention rate.

GRADUATION RATE

Graduation rates at Kent State University are based on a 6-year graduation rate of entering first-year freshmen. The most current data is from 2014, listing the graduation rate as 78.6%. The 5-year graduation rate for entering freshman from 2015 is 76.1%, and the 4-year graduation rate from entering freshman from 2016 is 67.7%

JOB PLACEMENT AND GRADUATE STUDIES

100% of respondents from the 2016 graduating class are currently employed in Interior Design or related a field; none pursued graduate studies in 2016. 90% of respondents from the 2017 graduating class are employed in Interior Design or a related field; of this cohort, 10% are continuing their education. In 2017, 100% of all applicants to graduate schools were accepted.

So far, 100% of respondents from the 2018 graduating class (24 of 34 graduates) are currently employed in Interior Design or a related field; based on respondents, none pursued graduate studies in 2018.
