Counseling Services During COVID-19

The University Health & Counseling Services (UH&CS) are here to support students as we all adjust to the pandemic safety measures like social distancing, remote learning, and quarantines. We continue to operate under normal business hours

The staff are committed to working with students to provide guidance and support around mental health needs, whether they are located in Ohio or other regions.

All students, regardless of location, can connect with a counselor for a same-day appointment by scheduling through myhealthconnect.case.edu or by calling Counseling Services at (216) 368-5872 during normal business hours.

A same-day appointment can be used to initiate ongoing care for students who are not currently seeing a counselor at UH&CS or it can be used for "in-the-moment" support.

Because licensing laws differ from state to state, our counselors cannot provide ongoing therapy to students residing outside of Ohio. However, we can help students connect with counseling services in their own states.
