Join Recreation Services for the in-person 20th Annual Bowman Cup 5k Walk/Run on Saturday, Oct 2, or participate in the virtual walk/run from Sunday, Sept. 26 through Saturday, Oct. 2.
The race, named after fedora-loving former Kent State University President George Bowman, will use chip timing and take place during Kent State University Spirit Week. Running the course allows participants to enjoy the scenic route through Kent State University and the surrounding community.
Check-in begins at 7 a.m. and the race will begin at 8 a.m., with awards and food immediately following in the Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
