The Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander Faculty and Staff Alliance (AAAPI FASA) is an Employee Resource Group (ERG) within the Division of Human Resources. Its mission is to build and foster a community that promotes AAAPI cultures and values. The organization is committed to supporting its members’ needs and voices. In collaboration with other initiatives of diversity, equity, and inclusion, AAAPI FASA hosts programs and events, and creates sites for empathetic and effective allies.
