Human Resources Expo & Networking Event

Join us for the Human Resources Expo & Networking event, where students majoring, minoring, or pursuing a certificate and career in human resources or related field of study will have opportunities to explore functional areas within human resources, learn internship &/or job search strategies, and network with human resources professionals and alumni.

Careers in human resources span a variety of occupations, including Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Onboarding, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and more. This HR Expo & Networking event will begin with a poster session of students and a networking event for the first 30 minutes. Then it will engage you in table discussions with experienced professionals focused on exploring career options within HR. Finally, you will participate in an engaging panel discussion of recent Kent State HR Alumni discussing internship/job search strategies & tips.

Bring a few questions for the panelists and round table facilitators to make sure you learn all YOU want to know about a career in human resources!
