Healthy Communities Research Institute provides the opportunity for faculty and students to do meaningful research together

I am a Kent State student and a designee. Will KSUview be different for me?

A current Kent State student who is a designee will see two selections when they click on KSUview on the Student and Financial Aid menu. KSUview Management is for you as a student to designate an individual to be a designee and authorize items for your designee to view. KSUview Access is for you, as a designee to view the information your student has authorized you to see. You may also have a new item, 'KSUview' in the left navigation panel that will take you to a page with a direct link to your profile page within KSUview.

I have access to FlashLine and I am a designee for more than one student that has a Student Checklist. How can I see each of the checklists?

If you are a designee to more than one student with a Student Checklist, you will be able to select the student whose list you wish to view after you select 'My Lists' in the top icon bar in FlashLine and then select Student Checklist Proxy.

In FlashLine, am I able to view my student's checklist? What and where is it?

The Student Checklist is a list of items for a student who has identified you as a designee. The student's name is displayed immediately above the first item in the list. The checklist is available to incoming admitted students as well as continuing students. This is a dynamic list that shows the status of the items that need to be completed for a successful start to the semester. As a designee, you cannot take any action on these items but can consult with your student about the actions that need to be taken.
