Kent State faculty and staff members can purchase discounted season tickets for the upcoming 2022-23 men's and women's basketball seasons. Discounted prices are $70 per season ticket for men's basketball ($85 regular price) and $45 per season ticket ($55 regular price) for women's basketball.

The Kent State Golden Flashes men's basketball participated in their third consecutive season of MAC championship play. In a hard-fought final game, the Akron Zips narrowly outscored the Golden Flashes to advance to the NCAA championship playoffs.
