Design and Engineering Guidelines

In order to maintain consistency with architectural, mechanical and electrical designs and systems across all Kent State University campuses, the Office of the University Architect has published a comprehensive manual containing guidelines which architects, engineers, consultants, construction managers and design-builders must follow. The content of these guidelines is not intended to conflict with or contradict any federal regulation or state code, but rather serves as the outline procedures which the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission and Kent State Office of the University Architect use to manage construction projects.
