Kent State University Office of the University Architect is currently requesting qualifications from firms for the following project:

Request for Qualifications of Architects and Engineering firms for
Airport New Academic Maintenance Hangar Project No. KSU-20L017
Kent State University Airport, Stow, Ohio in Summit County

Total Project Cost:  $4,000,000.00
Construction Cost:  $3,000,000.00
Estimated Basic Fee Range:  6% to 7%
EDGE Participation Goal:  5% of initial A/E fee

Project Delivery Method is General Contracting.
State of Ohio, Summit County Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this Project.

Basic Service Providers Required:
Lead A/E Discipline: Architecture
Additional Service Providers Required: FAA submissions and approvals
Secondary Disciplines: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering,
Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering,
Technology/Communications/Security.

Deadline for Submitting Qualifications: Monday, October 7, 2019, at 4:00 p.m. local time
This is a locally-administered project. Interested firms are required to submit the requested Statement of Qualifications (Form #F110-330). See Section J for additional submittal instructions. No electronic or fax submittals will be accepted. Submissions must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the university-assigned project name and number identified, and sent directly to the Kent Campus, attention:
