Claudia Gomez is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Information Systems Department at Kent state University Stark Campus. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from New Mexico State University in 2012.
Claudia teaches courses in Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Human Resource Management. Her primary research interests are in the fields of business start-ups and small businesses. Specifically, she is interest in the role that social capital and decision making processes have in the initial stages of a business and in small businesses. Other areas of interest are human resources and organizational culture in start-ups and small businesses.
