CPM Grad Among First to Graduate Harvard Medical School Training Program

College of Podiatric Medicine (CPM) alumni are out there making history! Daniel Logan, DPM, FACFAS, Class of 2002 recently graduated from the Harvard Medical School Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program, and just may be the first DPM to do so! "It weas an intense year of training in clinical research with lectures, webinars, workshops, research proposals, weekly quizzes, group projects, oral presentations, a midterm, and a final exam," Logan tells us. His hard work certainly paid off, graduating from the program with three awards, receiving a Commendation for his Capstone proposal, and winning top team presentations for both his Clinical Trials and Survey Design teams.

But of course, day-to-day life as a physician certainly doesn't slow down, either. "My fellowship program is going very well," Logan reports of his Foot & Ankle Specialists of Central Ohio Foot & Ankle Surgery Fellowship, of which he is the Director, "Beginning August 2021, we will acept three fellows annually." Here, Logan is pictured representing KSUCPM by supporting his Golden Flashes scrub cap alongside current Fellow and CPM grad, Samantha Figas, DPM, Class of 2017.

Congratulations, Dr. Logan, on your continued successes, both in the classroom and in the operating room!
