Alumni Outcomes
The Department of Psychological Sciences’ recent undergraduate alumni have went on to pursue a variety of different careers and graduate school programs which demonstrates the transferability and value of earning a psychology degree from Kent State University. We recently conducted some research to determine what types of careers and graduate school programs our most recent 1,375+ undergraduate psychology graduates have pursued. We tracked our recent alumni from 2014 to Spring 2018. Below are two visuals, along with downloadable links, that show where some of our recent alumni ended up. As you will notice, our psychology majors are securing employment in a wide variety of psychology-related industries and/or are becoming accepted into many different high-quality graduate school programs. Indeed, earning a psychology degree from Kent State University opens the door to many wonderful professional opportunities. Our department takes great pride in consistently graduating among the highest number of undergraduate students from the College of Arts and Sciences as well as preparing our graduates for prosperous futures!
