About the Symposium

SYMPOSIUM ELIGIBILITY

Undergraduate students attending any of Kent State's eight campuses and representing any major are eligible to participate. 

Student researchers are required to submit a brief abstract indicating their intent to participate. We will begin accepting abstracts on December 1st, 2025. The deadline for abstract submissions is February 25, 2026 at 11:59PM. The next symposium will be held on April 13, 2026 on the Kent campus.

All research, scholarly work, or creative activity must be completed in collaboration with a faculty or graduate student mentor.
