Program Requirements

  • Full-time degree-seeking university student
  • Undergraduate Students - 2.5 cumulative GPA (3.3 cumulative GPA required for Internship Program)
  • Undergraduate Students - Earned a minimum of 15.0 credit hours
  • Graduate Students - 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Graduate Students - Earned a minimum of 6.0 credit hours.

An admissions decision will only be made once your application is complete and reviewed by both Kent State University and Webster University.

Spring Semester: September 15

WITHDRAWAL DEADLINES

Fall Semester: April 25
Spring Semester: October 25
 

APPLICATION PROCESS

KENT STATE STUDENTS:

  1. Apply through the Kent State online application system. You will be prompted to login using your KSU Flashline credentials.  You may refer to the Application Instructions page for guidance.
  2. Once you complete the online KSU materials, you must apply online as a "Non-Degree" Student to Webster University:
    Webster Non-Degree Student Application.
  3. Once admitted as a Webster Non-Degree Student, you must complete the formal Geneva application via their online portal:
    Online Application Portal.

NON-KENT STATE STUDENTS:

  1. Apply online as a Kent State Guest Student (there is no fee to apply)
  2. When completing the Guest Student Application, please be sure to make the following selections:
    • Select Student Type: Guest
    • Select Campus: Kent Campus
  3. After submitting the Guest Student Application, students must e-mail the program coordinator at edabroad@kent.edu.
  4. Within a 48-72 hours of submitting your application, students who are accepted as Guest Students will recieve an acceptance e-mail from Kent State Admissions.
  5. Following the acceptance e-mail, students will receive a second e-mail with their KSU credentials to log into Flashline (the KSU online portal) with 48-72 hours of acceptance.
  6. Students must then log into their Flashline account for the first time and establish a password for Flashline.
  7. Students may then apply for their education abroad program through the Kent State online application system. You will be prompted to login using your KSU Flashline credentials.
  8. Once you complete the online KSU materials, you must apply online as a "Non-Degree" Student to Webster University:
    Webster Non-Degree Student Application.
  9. Once admitted as a Webster Non-Degree Student, you must complete the formal Geneva application via their online portal:
    Online Application Portal.
