Quality Matters™ (QM) is a nationally recognized, faculty-centric non-profit that looks at how educational institutions measure and guarantee the quality of a course, specifically the course design. Quality is measured through both a rubric and a rigorous peer-review process.
Kent State’s Online MBA Program Ranked Among the Best Online MBA Programs for 2022
Kent State’s Online MBA program, offered by the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship, is ranked among the Best Online MBA Programs for 2022. Among public universities in the state, Kent State’s Online MBA program is the highest-ranked program in northern Ohio. This is the fourth year Kent State’s Online MBA, which was launched in fall 2017, has been ranked by U.S. News.

Kent State’s Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship offers one of the nation's most outstanding online MBA programs, according to The Princeton Review®. The education services company profiles the College in its list, Top 50 Online MBA Programs for 2022 ranking. Kent State earned the 23rd spot in this year’s ranking and is the highest ranked Online MBA program in Ohio.
Kent State College of Business Administration Only Online MBA with Quality Matters Program Design Certification in the Nation
The Kent State College of Business Administration’s Online MBA program recently became the first and only Online MBA program in the nation to earn Quality Matters Program Design Certification. Quality Matters™ (QM) is an international, faculty-centric, nonprofit organization focused on improving design and certifying the quality of online and hybrid courses. According to the Quality Matters website, the certification recognizes programs that are designed around measurable learning objectives or competencies. In addition to the College’s Online MBA program, the College’s Certified Business Advisor (CBA) Certificate also earned QM Online Program Design Certification.

The Kent State University College of Business Administration’s Online MBA ranks No. 35 in the nation in Fortune’s Best Online MBA Programs 2021 ranking released this week. Kent State is the highest-ranked public university in northern Ohio on the list.

Kent State is the first university in Ohio to initiate this program which offers students a direct path from their undergraduate studies to the university’s nationally recognized MBA program.
