Offered in partnership with Leadership Tuscarawas and Kent State Tuscarawas, this two-day Leadership Essentials course is designed primarily for managers, supervisors and group leaders who want to take themselves and their leadership skills to their next level. The course is also recommended as groundwork for those expecting to assume supervisory responsibilities in the future or who are being groomed for advancement in the organization. This competency-based course focuses on essentials core skills such as the role of leaders, self-management, communication skills and leadership responsibilities.
