New Student Welcome

FALL 2024 NEW STUDENT WELCOME

New students for Fall 2024 are invited to join us for New Student Welcome before classes start on Aug. 19, 2024.

At New Student Welcome, you will have the opportunity to meet our helpful faculty, staff and students. You'll be able to find your classrooms, register your vehicle to receive your parking permit, purchase your textbooks, and so much more!

Take a guided tour to explore campus and be sure to accomplish the remaining items on your New Student Checklist.

• Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024
  1 to 3:30 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024
  5:30 to 8 p.m.

An invitation will be sent to your Kent State email later this summer.

There will be swag and resources to walk away with, so don't miss out!

CHECK-IN

Report to the Main Hall Lobby. Staff will help direct you.

PARKING

Park in the main student parking lot S101, near the Frank Avenue entrance. If you need help visualizing where you may be coming from, check out our campus map.
