  • This may include work done as part of a class or work done outside of your coursework.
  • Your project must be done under the guidance of a faculty mentor who will recommend your project for exhibition.
  • Projects can be presented as posters; however, other formats will also be considered. Any discipline, including humanities and social sciences, is acceptable. [For 2021, the only format accepted is a poster!]
  • Decorative arts and visual and performing arts entries are encouraged.

General Information

  • The deadline to register is Monday, April 5, 2021.
  • The deadline for uploading posters: Monday, April 19, 2021.
  • Judges will have 48 hours to score the students assigned to them.
  • Each poster and student will be rated by multiple judges, each using the same rubric. In general, the student is expected to be able to clearly explain their poster and answer questions posed by the judges.
  • The poster is expected to be well organized, easy to follow, and free of errors. Figures/tables/graphs should improve understanding of the topic and enhance visual appeal.*

*Please note that due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, only posters will be judged. Students will NOT have the opportunity to present their work directly to the judges.
