Biography
I have been a nurse for over 12 years, with a clinical focus in critical care. My passion is at the intersection of nursing and technology. I am the Simulation Lab Coordinator at the Geauga campus and am a strong advocate for increased usage of simulation and technology in nursing education. I love teaching clinically at the bedside.
In addition to nursing, I have an extensive background in electrical engineering, hardware/software development, information technology, and quality improvement. I'm the developer of Marsupial EMR, the free electronic medical record solution for educators in nursing and other healthcare disciplines.
