Associate Lecturer English
Molly Mokros Natale, an Associate Lecturer in the Department of English at Kent State University: Geauga, teaches College Writing I and College Writing II. Molly is a Quality Matters APPQMR Certified Online Instructor.
Prof. Natale Mokros received a Master of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought with honors from New York University. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and is member of the Modern Language Association, as well as the National Council of Teachers of English. Prof. Natale Mokros has also presented at AURCO.
Her research interests include the construction of identity and authorship in writing; the intersection of language with gender and class studies; the effects of multi-modal communication platforms on language; and the effectiveness of student-instructor contracts. She enjoys teaching the rhetorical aspects of composition. Prof. Mokros Natale started her teaching career in 2006 and has been teaching at Kent State University since 2009.
After having lived in Barcelona, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Naples, and Cleveland, Molly, along with her new husband, is (mostly) happy to have returned to her hometown of Warren, Ohio. She is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer.
