Kent State Tuscarawas Holds Blue Gold Night

Kent State University at Tuscarawas will hold Blue Gold Night on Tuesday, March 15, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. This interactive admissions event utilizes an expo format to enable attendees to choose what information they need regarding admissions and the academic programs at Kent State Tuscarawas.

“This expo format allows prospective students to visit all or only some of the information stations that will be part of this information night,” said Admissions Advisor Jennifer Greer. “Attendees can choose which special areas of study that they are interested in and want to visit. We will have individual professors and directors from many different academic programs at the event, including Engineering Technology, OTEC, Business, Psychology, English, Vet Tech and Nursing. This program is designed to be fun and informative.”

Attendees can also visit with representatives from admissions, financial aid and the Honors Program. A College Credit Plus (CCP) session will begin at 6 p.m., and a financial aid session starts at 7 p.m.

This informal information night is open to all types of students, including high school juniors and seniors, students interested in CCP, adult students, transfer students and individuals who have attended college but have not completed a degree.

Register for the Blue Gold Night at www.kent.edu/tusc/visit-campus. Facial coverings are required.

Kent State Tuscarawas offers over 30 bachelor’s and associate degrees. The campus is located at 330 University Dr. NE, in New Philadelphia.
