BUSINESS FACTORY COWORKING HUB OPENS AT THE TOLLOTY INCUBATOR CENTER

The Business Factory Coworking Hub, a vision that began over a year ago, is now open to the public. The Coworking Hub, located in the Kent State University at Tuscarawas Tolloty Incubator Center, was inspired by a desire to support entrepreneurs and startup businesses in the Tuscarawas Valley. This project was a collaboration of the Tuscarawas Economic Development Corporation, Kent State Tuscarawas, The Business Factory Board and Lauren International.

The Coworking Hub is a flexible working space that doesn’t require a long-term lease allowing for cost savings and convenience for small startup businesses. The target customers are independent contractors, remote workers, small businesses and entrepreneurs. The Business Factory Coworking Hub is an opportunity to have a space where entrepreneurs can work as well as collaborate and network with other like-minded individuals. It offers startup companies the ability to utilize supportive services to grow their businesses, such as the Small Business Development Center. The Business Factory Coworking Hub offers 20 cubicles all furnished with adjustable height desks, chairs, filing cabinets and trash receptacles. Free Wi-Fi, printing and scanning, use of a kitchenette, and a coffee/tea station are also available.

The Business Factory Coworking Hub is located in Suite 221A in the Tolloty Incubator Center at 1776 Tech Park Dr. NE in New Philadelphia on the campus of Kent State Tuscarawas, just up the hill behind Buckeye Career Center. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Coworking Hub options include a day pass, monthly membership, monthly reserved desk and annual reserved desk. Monthly and annual memberships include a mailing address and use of conference rooms and multi-media training room. Tours of the area are available and the first day is free!
