Summary:  Project position to identify and document manufacturing processes and required tooling for core components of Gradall’s product lines.  Will create 3D models and process documentation through work with production personnel, use of existing prints, and individual investigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and inventory tooling located in manufacturing plant 
  • Determine tooling used in current manufacturing processes
  • Interact with production personnel to document manufacturing processes
  • Create or update 3D models based on prints and / or measurements

  • Creates layout and detail drawings/documents for new assemblies.

Required skills:

  • Knowledge and experience of machining including previous machine shop work
