Potted Potter National Tour Coming to the PAC

Potted Potter – The Unauthorized Harry Experience – A Parody by Dan and Jeff is coming to the Performing Arts Center at Kent State University - Tuscarawas on Friday, April 28 at 7:30 p.m.

Selling out to crowds around the world, Potted Potter will have you flying off your seat (or broomstick) with laughter. This perfect show for muggles, witches and wizards of all ages, takes on the ultimate challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books into seventy hilarious minutes. The cleverly curated show includes all of your favorite characters, perfect Potter props and even a live Quidditch match!

Starvox Entertainment and Potted Productions first introduced the fabulously funny show to North American audiences in Toronto in 2012, where it received rave reviews. Over the past several years the show has completed multiple tours, delighting crowds with its clever wit.  Potted Potter has left audiences feeling positively nostalgic and has sold out theatres across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai, and Canada.

Whether you camped outside a bookstore for three days awaiting the release of the Deathly Hallows or you don’t know the difference between a horcrux and a Hufflepuff, the comedy, magic and mayhem of Potted Potter makes for an entertaining and hilarious visit to the theatre.

The fast-paced show, which has made audiences aged six to Dumbledore (who is very old indeed) roar with laughter all over the world, is suitable for the whole family, including grown-ups, Muggles and Squibs.

Tickets for Potted Potter start at $32 and are on sale now at the Performing Arts Center box office, 330-308-6400 or online at www.kent.edu/tuscpac. The box office is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Performing Arts Center’s 2022-2023 Season is sponsored by the Tuscarawas County Community Foundation.

Free and convenient parking is available for all shows. The Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of Kent State Tuscarawas at 330 University Dr. N.E. in New Philadelphia.
