Provide inputs for management review (KPIs, complaint/CA status, audit results, training/onboarding status, and improvement actions).

Internal Audit Program

Coordinate the internal audit schedule, auditor assignments, and audit preparation.

Participate in audits and issue reports/findings with objective evidence.

Track findings to closure, trigger CA when required, and trend results for systemic improvement.

Documentation & Document Control

Help departments create/update SOPs and work instructions, emphasizing CTQs and acceptance criteria.

Support document control activities (revisions, approvals, release, obsolescence, change communication).

Reinforce point-of-use clarity and training linkage for updated documents.

Industry Standards, Certifications & External Documents (AWWA, NSF, UL, BNQ, etc.)

Learn and maintain working knowledge of applicable industry standards and certification requirements (e.g., AWWA, NSF, UL, BNQ, and customer/spec requirements).

Support compliance activities tied to these requirements (evidence/record collection, coordination with process owners, and responses during internal/external reviews).

Manage external documents related to standards/certifications (obtaining updates, ensuring current versions are available/controlled, and communicating changes to affected functions).

Continuous Improvement (CI)

Participate in CI/Lean events (Kaizen/A3/scrap reduction) and support implementation of outcomes.

Use data to prioritize improvement opportunities and reduce variation, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.

Convert improvements into sustained controls (standard work updates, check sheets, audit points).
