United Way Campaign
TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE A STRONGER TOMORROW
Right now, tens of thousands of households in Stark and Carroll Counties live in poverty. These are our friends, our neighbors and even our family members. Many of them afraid or unsure of how to ask for help.
United Way of Greater Stark County uses your generous donations to support our very own in Stark and Carroll Counties by connecting families and children to local resources and that can empower them to break the cycle of poverty and succeed. One critical resource or program can be the answer someone has been waiting for to create a new path.
KENT STATE STARK CAMPAIGN
As you know, Kent State University at Stark's passion for United Way and its mission runs very deep, and we're privileged to partner together to help fund the great work that is essential to making our community thrive.
We encourage you to select Interfaith Campus Ministry when allocating your docation. Founded in 1967, Interfaith serves the spiritual needs of Kent State Stark students, faculty and staff. Interfaith helps those in need by offering support services, gas cards and bus passes.
Under the umbrella of Interfaith, Kent State Stark partners with the Akron Canton Regional Foodbank to help supply Flash's Food Pantry.
