The Honors Program recognizes academically talented students by offering scholarships to those who are highly qualified.

The program has great scholarship opportunities available, making it possible to reduce the economic burden of studying at a university.

Scholarships for Incoming Freshmen

INCOMING FRESHMAN HONORS PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP

Eligibility Requirements:

• 2019 high school graduate
• 3.5 cumulative high school GPA
• ACT composite score of 27
• Accepted to Kent State University at Stark by March 1
• Accepted into the Kent State Stark Honors Program by March 1
• Full-time enrollment at Kent State Stark
• Grades earned in College Credit Plus courses will be considered 
• Amounts vary

How to Apply:

• If the above criteria is met, eligible students will be contacted by mail. A separate scholarship application is not necessary.
