For the seventh consecutive year, Kent State University at Ashtabula’s Justice Club has taken the plunge for charity.In order to respond to the increasing cost of parking lot construction and maintenance for the current and future needs of this growing campus, a two-year faculty and staff parking permit rate increase will be implemented starting with the 2013 -2014 permit year.
