The process is semi-confidential, involving only the necessary parties based on the information shared. A peer mediator will not share any information casually and will not share the information beyond documenting that the conversation happened.
While the mediation is private, our staff are "responsible employees". They must report any information regarding sexual assault, discrimination, suicidal ideation, and threats of harm. You may need to speak with KSUPD, the Title IX office, or SRVVS based on your situation.
